RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes our products will not work for your particular situation. If you need to return an item, please review our return policies below. (All products, regardless of their category type, must be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number before they can be sent back! Please call 888-254-3444 and we will verify your order's return eligibility and issue an RA number if appropriate. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, from 7 am until 3 pm PT.)
Fall Prevention Products*
Most of our Fall Prevention Products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase date. Please contact us to verify the specific return policy for your item, as different manufacturers have different return periods.
In order to be eligible for return, all products must be in new, unused condition with all instructions, product wrappings and items included with original shipment. SENSOR PADS AND FLOOR MATS CANNOT BE FOLDED OR TIGHTLY ROLLED. THEY CAN BE LOOSELY ROLLED WITH SUPPORTIVE PACKAGING (such as air pillows or packing peanuts) PLACED IN THE CENTER VOID. IF WE RECEIVE A RETURN WITH A FOLDED OR CREASED SENSOR PAD OR FLOOR MAT, THAT ITEM MAY NOT BE REFUNDABLE!
Once we receive your items back and they are verified to be in new, unused condition, with all product wrapping and items included, we will issue a refund for the full cost of your products, excluding our original costs for shipping. All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Products that were purchased with "Free Shipping" will have our incurred original shipping expense deducted from your refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective and/or a warranty replacement is necessary.
* Bed rails are not considered a 'Fall Prevention' product
Bathroom & Bathing Products
Our Drive Medical Bathroom & Bathing Products are non-returnable once the product packaging has been opened, due to hygenic reasons. If you are unsure whether one of these products is going to meet your needs, please contact us with questions before ordering.
Incontinence Products
Our Incontinence Products are non-returnable once the product packaging has been opened, due to hygenic reasons. If you are unsure whether one of these products is going to meet your needs, please contact us with questions before ordering.
All Other Product Categories
You must call us to verify the return period allowed on your product, and to then arrange the return of the product for a refund. The products must be unused and in new condition with all accessory items and product packaging. Please be aware that many of these products carry a 15-25% restock fee that we will deduct from your refund. Please contact us to clarify a product's specific return policy before ordering or returning.
If we received return product damaged, including folding of sensor pads, there will be a 50% deduction from your refund.
Please call us if you are in any way unclear on the return policy on any particular product.
