Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered for all orders over $100. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours (Mon - Fri 7 am to 3 pm PT) of placement. Free Shipping is only valid for orders shipped to the contiguous United States, this excludes Hawaii and Alaska.  All orders from Hawaii and Alaska needs to call in for a shipping quote. Charges will apply to non-contiguous US orders, as well as all International orders. Orders placed with expedited shipping must be received by 12 pm PT to ship out same day (Mon - Fri). Note that Expedited Shipping (Standard Overnight, 2 Day and Express Saver Shipping) delivers Monday through Friday. If you desire Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order, as Saturday delivery is only available in some areas, at an additional charge. The day your order ships is not counted into the delivery time quoted by shipping carriers, and quoted "Days In Transit" refers to business days, not weekends. Orders shipping to California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada should arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping date, via our free shipping service. All other contiguous US locations should take between 4-8 business days after shipment to arrive. Holiday period delays - please remember there are no deliveries made on holidays, so when calculating which day your products will arrive, add an extra day for carrier closures.
