Bed Alarm System with Short Term Pad

Alarm system will sound an alert when the patient gets up off the bed sensor pad, letting a caregiver know that help is needed. The bed alarm monitor features a reset button to quickly silence the alert without ever turning it off; so the system is always ready for use.

Place the bed sensor pad on the bed, under the fitted sheet. Run the cord of the bed pad along the side of the mattress and plug the phone-like clip into the bed alarm monitor. The bed exit alarm monitor can be placed at the side of the resident's bed or headboard.

For the earliest warning, place the bed sensor pad across the shoulder blades. (Pad also can be placed under the hips of the resident if higher placement results in false alarms due to patient movement.) When the resident sits up, the bed alarm monitor will sound to alert the caregiver.

The bed alarm monitor features an adjustable volume, low battery light, uses a 9-volt battery (not included) or purchase with an AC-02 power adapter (sold separately, $9.95). Alarm carries a one year warranty.

The 10" x 30" bed sensor pad is a short term pad with a 45 day life, made of soft vinyl, wipes clean easily, and is incontinence resistant.
